Chairman of the Board - Vice-President of Marketing
Vice President of Marketing takes charge of a company's marketing team. He handles strategic brand management, reviews budgets, set goals, conducts market research, and helps maintain an appropriate image of the organization.
Larry is honored to be part of the National Amateur Fall Baseball Federation (NAFBF).
Alifelong sports enthusiast as a fan and participant, Larry played Baseball, Football and Basketball through High School and continued to participate in sports at College. After graduating, he embarked onto a career in Business Management including positions held in Sales, Operations and Human Resources. A work history with Local, Regional and National Companies including Lowe’s, Sears, Macy’s and the May Company/Kaufmann’s, exposed him to different levels of business. Once integrated into a company’s environment, Larry’s involvement included building organizations, strategic planning and execution, developing policies/procedures, marketing, hiring of key personnel, training/evaluation of staff and supervising entire teams. Larry had served as Treasurer for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) from 1998 through 2000 with a focus on building Youth Baseball Teams, Leagues and the Organization of Tournaments. Each AAU season culminated in a yearly meeting with an awards banquet and celebration which included local and nationally known celebrities and sporting personalities.
Larry lives with his wife in Northeast Ohio and is excited to bring the NAFBF to this part of the country and grow the program nationally. With his involvement in the National Amateur Fall Baseball Federation, Larry will concentrate on Branding and Marketing of the NAFBL, serving as Board Vice President in that capacity.
