Simon Hwang is an executive in the petrochemical industry with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience while working with small to large companies including many on the Fortune 100.  He has been successful in new product development, efficient go to marketing campaigns, mentoring successful managers within the industry and leading various business units to sustainable growth and profitability.  A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mr. Hwang continues to challenge his teams to employ and embrace new technologies in order to create the most efficient work processes.  His travels have taken him throughout the world where he has amassed a great appreciation for all cultures, societies and contributed to his desire to ensure fair play for all individuals. 

Currently residing in the tri-state area, Mr. Hwang is an avid fan of the New York Mets and baseball in general.  He is a coach for a recognized club travel association and his local high school.  From there, he has spent many seasons watching the impact of baseball and the many facets of this sport on young adults.  His hope is that through his work and involvement in NAFBF a more level playing field will be created for all aspiring players, including his two children whom he shares with his wife of over 15 years.
