Mr. Johnson has over a 25-year career in regulation serving multiple US critical infrastructure sectors including both Financial Services and Energy. He has successfully created teams and driven performance of new business lines at both the manager and director levels. Mr. Johnson currently focuses on Internal and External analytics for ReliabilityFirst to provide leadership to management and staff through data driven decision making. Additionally, he provides input into strategy, risk analysis and outreach practices with grid reliability and security as the primary goal across the electric utility industry. Prior to ReliabilityFirst, Mr. Johnson was most recently with the Federal Reserve System, where he coordinated cross functional teams in the assessment of Federal Reserve compliance with NIST standards. Mr. Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Master of Science in Information Security from DePaul University. He holds numerous certifications including his CGRC, CISA, CISSP, CRISC and PMP.
A native of Ohio and lifelong Cleveland fan, Mr. Johnson lives in the suburbs of Cleveland with his wife Ann and their two daughters. Although he played for a large part of his life, his favorite baseball memory came as a fan as he and Ann were able to attend the first game of the 2016 Cleveland vs Chicago world series.
