The NAFBF provides excellent athletic, life-skill, citizenship, and career development programming to young people in the United States Our work enables these talented youth to achieve their goals on and off the field, from attending and graduating from college to pursuing and attaining professional careers. With talent, hard work, and access to opportunities, they move forward toward financial independence, and their place in the United States, as the next generation of leaders!

The NAFBF baseball program is built on over 45 years of history and experience of the Founder of NAFBF, B. Colin Smith, who played at the highest level and coached championship teams. The program teaches players fundamentals, while developing the skills and mindset for success.
Teams range from 14-U to 18-U, and participate in league and tournament play, as well as evaluation, during the fall. Life-Skill training is provided throughout the year.
Our Student-Athletes have to earn their spot by participating in Life-Skill programs and keeping their grades up. All Student-Athletes are offered ACT/SAT Prep, mentoring and more programs, exclusive to NAFBF.
